Engineering with Marshmallows
Build, Balance, and Boost Brainpower with this Free Printable Challenge!
Hi Friend!
Let’s be honest … summer learning loss is real, and kids’ brains? They sometimes get a little gooey when school’s out.
So today, I’ve got a one-page printable that keeps hands busy and brains firing:
It’s part engineering challenge, part marshmallow massacre, and 100% fun.
You get:
A building challenge that works indoors (hello, AC)
Tips kids can actually use to stack higher and think smarter
A little “what’s going on?” section with the science-y magic explained
All in one cute, low-prep, print-and-go page.
Why I Made This
I’ve always loved mixing creativity and science. (Still do.)
I made this for the same reason I make all my escape rooms and printables … because I love turning curiosity into something kids can hold in their hands.
And if you like this printable, keep your eyes peeled, because a brand new marshmallow-themed escape room is about to drop, and it’s sticky, silly, and packed with puzzles.
It’s called S’mores Snatchers, and it’s a campfire mystery you won’t want to miss.
Want to be the first to know when it’s out? Make sure you’re subscribed! As a subscriber, you’ll also get access to a “vault” with all my free printables, including “Build a Marshmallow Tower.”

Let’s keep brains engaged, even when the calendar says “break.”
Sticky fingers. Smart kids. That’s the summer dream, right?
With wonder,
